When will my order be shipped?
There is a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.
We process orders from 9:00AM EST - 5PM EST on weekdays, and 9:00AM EST - 2PM EST on Saturdays. We do not process orders on Sundays and U.S Federal Holidays.
At Kneats, we work with the manufactures from all over the world to share their products. Depending on the inventory status, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are inevitable, all our shipping times are estimated only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Kneats, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Kneats strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Kneats is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
